Approved Education Service Provider · Children’s Scholarship Fund
Pay for Spelling Stream Pro with your New Hampshire EFA
Children’s Scholarship Fund has approved Spelling Stream as an Education Service Provider for New Hampshire’s Education Freedom Account program, so your student’s EFA can pay for a year of Pro through ClassWallet without anything going on your card.
Want to try it first? The app is free to start.
What being an approved provider means
Spelling Stream is published by Monthly Balance Capital LLC, which Children’s Scholarship Fund has approved as an Education Service Provider for New Hampshire’s Education Freedom Account (EFA) program. You pay us from your student’s EFA with ClassWallet’s Pay Vendor, uploading our invoice, and the funds come to us once the payment is approved. You never pay out of pocket.
When an expense category is asked for, the one that describes this purchase is Educational software and applications, which the program allows with no spending cap.

What your EFA funds buy
A 12-month license for Spelling Stream Pro, covering every child profile on your family’s devices. Spelling Stream turns the spelling list your child already brings home into practice, tests and games, read aloud in a voice you choose.
Their actual school list
Type the words, dictate them, or photograph the list the teacher sent home. Your child practices the words they will be tested on.
Read in your own voice
Record each word yourself, free and unlimited on every plan. Pro adds Enhanced Voice for the words you did not get to, with homophones used in a sentence.
Practice that adapts
Focus Words puts the words your child keeps missing first, and Letter Distractors draws wrong letters from spellings children really write.
Up to 100 lists
Fifty words each, so a full term of school lists lives in the app at once, with a separate profile and progress record per child.
Every device in the house
One license across iPhone, iPad and Android. A child’s tablet with no account of its own joins with an activation code.
No ads, works offline
No advertising of any kind, no social features, and the whole app works with no connection once a list is in.
See the full app or read the guides for parents.
What it costs
US$19.99 for 12 months of Pro, starting the day you activate it. Buy it in any month: a year is a year, summer included, so it suits families who keep going past the school year.
No processing fee is added. The total on your invoice is the license price, and it is the exact amount to request in ClassWallet, per student. EFA funds arrive in four deposits a year (September, November, January and April) and roll over, so an order between deposits is paid from what is already in the account.
It is a single charge, not an auto-renewing subscription. When the year is up, place a new order.
EFA funds are awarded per child, so place one order for each student. Each order gets its own invoice naming that student.
How long it takes
Children’s Scholarship Fund reviews every payment, which it says can take less than two weeks, with a backlog after each deposit. Once it is approved, ClassWallet pays us and we email your activation link.
Need Pro sooner? Pay by card and have it tonight, then file a reimbursement request (see below).
How to order
- Open your invoice and enter your student’s full name. It prints on the invoice and on the paid invoice that follows.
- Choose Pay Vendor in ClassWallet under that student’s account, pick Spelling Stream, enter the total from the invoice and upload it.
- The payment is reviewed and approved, and the funds come to us.
- We email your activation link. Open it on the device your child uses, or type the eight-digit code into the app. Pro stays on for 12 months.
Vendor details
Spelling Stream is published by Monthly Balance Capital LLC, a United States company. For anything to do with an order, an invoice or an activation code, write to support@monthlybalance.com with your order number. We cannot advise on whether a purchase qualifies under the EFA program — that is between you and Children’s Scholarship Fund. If a program-funds payment ever has to be refunded, it goes back to your student’s EFA through ClassWallet, as the program requires, not to you.
